Item 2: Name / Key: chatbotify_cookie_consent Provider: Chatbotfy Purpose: Stores the record of the user's consent regarding acceptance or rejection of cookies. Duration: 1 year.

Item 3: Name / Key: __cf_bm, cf_clearance Provider: Cloudflare Purpose: Traffic management, mitigation of malicious requests and protection against DDoS attacks. Duration: 30 minutes up to 1 year.

On public scheduling pages and custom panels under the domains of Partner Agencies, Chatbotfy runs only essential technical cookies for authentication and form submission. Any additional pixels inserted through custom integrations are the sole responsibility of the respective Agency.
