You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time, in accordance with the LGPD (the Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

How to Request the Deletion of Your Data
To request the deletion of your personal data from the Chatbotfy platform, you can follow one of the methods below:
Method 1: Through the Platform
- Log in to your Chatbotfy account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Delete My Account
- Confirm the deletion
Method 2: By Email
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email you registered on the platform
- Your full name
- Confirmation that you want to delete all your data
What Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Registration data (name, email, phone)
- Connected Instagram accounts and their access tokens
- Message and interaction history
- Personal settings and preferences
- Platform usage data
Note: Some data may be kept for mandatory legal periods (for example, tax data for 5 years under Brazilian law).
Processing Time
Your request will be processed within 15 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
